REIKI AND REIKI + (Plus)

Reiki and REiki + (Plus) is a value-added service

that Janice offers to her Pediatric Hypnotism and

Hypnosis (Life) Coaching for Students clients.

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese holistic (whole body) system that supports health and wellbeing via the Universal "life force," which permeates all living things.

Reiki is a gentle, safe, and non-invasive approach to healing. It serves as an adjunct to both traditional and alternative healing modalities because it reduces situational stress and enhances relaxation.

A Reiki Master is trained in guiding and transferring this natural flow of Universal "life force" energy to help open, clear, and balance the energy centers of their clients. Reiki can be used in conjunction with any other healing modality without concern because there are no drug interactions or negative side effects associated with Reiki.

During a Reiki session with a Reiki Master, soft music and low lights are incorporated to enhance a relaxed state of being. The Reiki Master will employ specific hand positions to facilitate the natural flow of Universal "life force" energy.

Reiki can be used safely and effectively for adults and children.

Self-Reiki for Children and Parents

Self-Reiki is a wonderful tool to utilize for self-soothing. Children possess a natural, intuitive sense of this. Self-Reiki enhances this innate ability.

Both parents and children are encouraged to work with Reiki at home on their own.
